A global healthcare technology company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to manage requirements and support the migration to Salesforce. This role involves process mapping, data requirements, and UAT coordination. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years in a Salesforce environment, strong analytical skills, and is fluent in English. Role summary :
We’re midway through migrating our global operations to Salesforce as our core CRM. About 1,000 users are live today, with ~700 more to onboard. We’re rolling out market by market and business line by business line.
We’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst to turn business needs into clear, testable requirements and keep sprints supplied with Definition-of-Ready work. You’ll map processes, define data and non-functional requirements, partner closely with Product, Architecture, Admins, and Engineering, and lead UAT with stakeholders and the CoE—so we can deliver consistently as the rollout scales.
This role is Remote (Hybrid if desired) in either Barcelona or Warsaw.
Own requirements from intake to DoR : Produce user stories with acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scale).
Continuously work with stakeholders to improve quality of request, fulfilling our Definition of Ready with high standards.
Partner with architects / engineering to align on solution design.
Support reporting & analytics needs (fields, definitions, dashboards) with RevOps / BI.
Define data models / taxonomies , prepare data mapping and support migration / cutover planning.
Prepare and run UAT with business users; track defects to acceptance; contribute to release notes.
Contribute to Business and Technical refinement meetings as well as Prioritisation sessions
Drive continuous improvement : templates, standards, and ways of working across teams .
3 to 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Salesforce environment.
Strong requirements engineering (stories, Acceptance Criteria), process mapping , and stakeholder facilitation (experience with GTM teams ideal).
Solid data literacy (object / field design, mappings, basic SQL / Sheets).
Experience coordinating UAT and working across product, engineering, or operations teams.
Confidence with Jira / Confluence and diagramming tools (Miro / Figma).
Excellent written and spoken English.
Salesforce certifications (BA, Admin, App Builder) or hands-on exposure to Sales / CS processes.
Extensive experience with, and deep knowledge of Jira.
Familiarity with QA practices, release processes, or analytics tools
