Avenga is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our team full-time. The role focuses on driving strategic initiatives by analyzing complex processes, eliciting requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions.

You will work across cross-functional teams to facilitate change, optimize processes, and ensure our business solutions meet operational and strategic goals. Proficiency in BPM and API/data mapping is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in BA/PO roles.
• Proficient user of BPM.
• Experience in the Betting Industry.
• Solid understanding of the overall system architectural design and system dependencies between services/modules.
• Ability to differentiate between front-end and back-end functionalities; knowledge of APIs and data mapping.
• Experience in working on multiple large-scale projects and delivering diverse software applications.
• Experience establishing and complying with change management processes.
• English - Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Work with stakeholders and product managers to analyze data and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
• Act as a product ambassador and primary technical contact for queries related to the product.
• Understand end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Delivery Managers to ensure clarity of requirements and technical excellence.
• Develop scope documents and define Epics/User Stories to guide CLS Software Development teams.
• Prioritize stories, epics, and themes to maximize value aligned with product strategy.
• Define priorities for short-term delivery within sprints and longer-term delivery with Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Draft detailed specifications for product features for the development team.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
• Coordinate effectively and enable orchestration among teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Run refinement sessions with development teams to articulate goals and refine stories.
• Lead iteration reviews or demos with QA to present deliverables and gather feedback.

Avenga is looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our team full-time. As a Senior Business Analyst/ Product Owner will drive strategic business initiatives by analyzing complex business processes, eliciting requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate change, optimize processes, and ensure our business solutions meet both operational and strategic goals.

This is you

• 5+ years of experience on BA/Product related positions
• Proficient user of BPM
• Experience in the Betting Industry
• Solid understanding of the overall system architectural design and system dependencies (between different services/modules)
• Ability to differentiate between front-end and back-end functionalities
• Clear understanding of system integration through APIs — be able to draft a sequence diagram that outlines the process end-to-end and perform data mapping.
• Experience in working on multiple and varied large-scale projects, delivering a variety of software applications
• Successful practical experience in establishing and complying to the change management process
• English - Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience in web and mobile applications
• A degree in a CS or Computer Engineering discipline or equivalent

This is your role

• Work with the stakeholders and product managers to analyze data and align product roadmap to strategic goals
• Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product
• Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
• Work closely with key roles such as Tech Leads and Delivery Managers to ensure requirements clarity and technical excellence
• Develop scope documents and define Epics/User Stories that guide our CLS Software Development teams
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
• Define priorities for short-term delivery within sprints and also for longer-term delivery along with Product Managers and stakeholders
• Ensure that dependencies, risks, and stakeholders’ expectations are identified and managed.
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development team
• Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
• Ensure effective coordination, establish feedback loops, and enable overall orchestration among various teams, stakeholders, and customers
• Run refinement sessions with the development teams in order to articulate delivery goals, provide details, and refine stories
• Run iteration reviews or demo sessions with the help of QA engineers in order to present the iteration deliverables to stakeholders and receive feedback
