Shipco IT is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to take ownership of the full business analysis lifecycle, from defining objectives to ensuring adoption. You will act as a liaison between business and technology, optimizing processes and enabling data-driven decisions across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in business analysis with IT project exposure, shipping/logistics experience desirable.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications and documents.
• CBAP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Proficiency with UML, BPMN, use cases, Visio, and BI tools.
• Experience communicating with global, cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements and translate them into BRDs and user stories.
• Design solution scope documents and mockups; coordinate approvals during design.
• Analyze and optimize business processes and workflows.
• Assess risks and prioritize demands to guide project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through specification, testing, and implementation.
• Oversee BRD preparation and resolve functional queries with IT teams.
• Support testing and UAT; coordinate business sign-offs to ensure readiness.
• Maintain comprehensive process and system documentation; stay current with industry practices.
• Lead end-to-end business analysis across projects and mentor junior analysts.
