Perk seeks a Senior Brand Designer to shape the brand across channels within the Creative Design team. You will translate objectives into strategic design outcomes, mentor juniors, and drive scalable visual systems that elevate the global Perk brand.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, stay ahead of trends, and influence how millions perceive Perk's mission of transforming work experiences in a fast-growing environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of brand and creative design experience.
• Strong foundation in typography, colour, layout; art direction for photography and illustration.
• Knowledge of design technologies and production processes; familiarity with marketing metrics.
• Proactive self-starter with ability to adapt to project scale and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of motion principles; experience with storyboards and motion design is a plus.
