Preply is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to lead end-to-end creative work across global campaigns. You will shape bold brand visuals, ensure consistency within design systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and localization at scale.

The role requires 7+ years in brand and performance design in fast-moving consumer environments, with strong typography, layout, and tool proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience leading brand and performance design in fast-moving, high-growth B2C environments.
• Experience with established brands or brand systems and strong typography/layout expertise.
• Curious, proactive, self-driven, collaborative, and able to own work end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Create & iterate a high volume of creatives across paid channels and brand campaigns.
• Translate data insights into creative optimizations to boost engagement and conversion.
• Own projects from concept to delivery with clear timelines and brand alignment across markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with growth marketers, copywriters, motion designers, and other creatives.
• Push creative boundaries while maintaining brand standards, typography, and layout quality.
• Experiment with AI tools to accelerate ideation, localization, and testing across campaigns.
