Job summary

Veriff is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Biometric Authentication, driving strategy, roadmap, and execution across ML, engineering, and design teams. You will shape pricing, adoption, and revenue in collaboration with GTM and sales, while balancing cost, latency, and scale in live enterprise contexts.

You will operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving, international environment and thrive on delivering measurable improvements in conversion and user trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in scale-ups.
• Technical background with systems, ML, and metrics.
• Experience in fintech or marketplace products.
• Background in authentication, security, or identity.
• Ability to work with distributed, international teams.
• Previous software engineering or data science experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product end-to-end: Biometric Authentication strategy, roadmap, and execution with ML, engineering, and design.
• Own a commercial metric and diagnose gaps with customer research and process changes with sales and GTM.
• Make decisions at scale considering cost, conversion, and latency under live production conditions.
• Own competitive positioning and pricing grounded in real unit economics.
• Operate with high agency and reach independent operation within ~60 days.
• Run a tight customer-feedback loop turning enterprise feedback into a defensible roadmap.
