AB Energy Spain is seeking a Sales Manager to lead commercial strategy and growth in the Spanish market. You will build a robust pipeline and manage key accounts, coordinating with technical and commercial teams to deliver integrated energy solutions.

The role requires 4–5 years in technical B2B sales, knowledge of biogas/biomethane markets, and fluency in Spanish and English. Italian is a plus; travel within Spain is expected.

Formación

• Minimum 4–5 years in Sales, Business Development or Project Sales in technical B2B sectors.
• Experience in biogas/biomethane or related sectors such as waste treatment.
• Knowledge of the Spanish biogas/biomethane market and project dynamics.
• Experience selling CAPEX projects and high-value technical solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong results orientation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English; Italian is a plus; travel within Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of contacts and originators in Spain.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, funds, EPCs and engineering firms.
• Lead opportunities across integrated biogas/biomethane solutions and CHP projects.
• Prepare, present and negotiate technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with technical and commercial teams and update CRM and forecasts.
• Represent AB at trade fairs and sector events; travel mainly within Spain.
