Turner & Townsend in Madrid is seeking a BIM Coordinator with strong data analysis and visualization skills to join our Digital division in Madrid. The role requires coordinating BIM across projects, ensuring data quality, and engaging stakeholders with a systematic, independent work approach.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in BIM management, proficiency in ACC, Revit and related tools, and a solid background in ISO19650 standards.

Formación

• 5+ years BIM management experience on architecture, engineering and construction projects.
• Excellent English (C1 Advanced) both spoken and written.
• Advanced skills with Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM authoring/coordination tools.
• Able to lead BIM documentation such as EIRs, PIRs, and BIM Execution Plans.
• Strong data visualization and data verification capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BIM process at organizational, programme, and project levels.
• Develop BIM requirements and implementation strategies across projects.
• Oversee BIM information management and supply chain coordination.
• Perform BIM compliance checks and data verification.
• Coordinate model assurance activities and workshops with project teams.
