Beewise is seeking a Subject Matter Expert - Beekeeper in Madrid to guide beekeeping practices and collaborate with the product management team on new solutions. The role requires deep knowledge of commercial beekeeping and a strong market focus for Spain.

You will conduct market research, stay updated with industry trends, and represent Beewise with external partners. Weekend fieldwork and training support will be part of the responsibilities.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years in commercial beekeeping.
• Expertise in Spain market business aspects of beekeeping.
• Solid understanding of product management principles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the resident expert on beekeeping practices and trends.
• Collaborate with product management to develop new beekeeping solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Represent Beewise with external stakeholders and industry partners.
• Work with engineers, designers, and sales to develop and launch products.
• Oversee testing and validation with feedback from beekeepers.
• Develop training materials and support beekeepers using our products.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
