Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer for its Future Hiring Program, based in Spain.

You will join a forward-thinking engineering team delivering high-impact software for global enterprise clients across diverse industries. Working remotely within Europe, you will contribute to design, development, and deployment of scalable backend systems using modern technologies, cloud platforms, and distributed architectures.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of commercial backend development experience.
• Proficient in multiple backend languages such as C#, .NET, C++.
• Experience with microservices and scalable backend architectures.
• Experience deploying cloud-based solutions on Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL).
• Ability to contribute to technical design decisions and architecture.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and automated delivery.
• Experience working with clients and managing expectations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop backend solutions using C#, .NET, C++ or similar.
• Implement modern architectures including microservices and modular design.
• Develop and deploy cloud-based apps on Azure and AWS.
