Hays está buscando un Ingeniero/a de Software Full Stack con experiencia en frontend y backend, con énfasis en Python, Angular, AWS y OpenShift/Kubernetes. Se valorará la experiencia en CI/CD y arquitecturas de microservicios, con disponibilidad para trabajo híbrido en Barcelona área y Sant Cugat del Vallès.

El candidato ideal debe dominar REST APIs, GraphQL y bases de datos relacionales/NoSQL, además de buenas prácticas de DevOps y Git.

Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia como Full Stack con foco en backend.
• Experiencia sólida en Python, Angular, AWS y OpenShift/Kubernetes, con pipelines CI/CD.
• Conocimientos de REST APIs, GraphQL y microservicios.
• Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales/NoSQL.
• Nube: Azure, AWS o GCP; Prácticas DevOps y control de versiones Git.
• Trabajo en entornos Agile y con equipos cross-funcionales.
• Nivel de inglés avanzado para entornos internacionales.
• Se valorarán transformaciones digitales a gran escala, seguridad y observabilidad.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web end-to-end.
• Definir arquitecturas y mejores prácticas de desarrollo.
• Implementar soluciones en frontend y backend.
• Colaborar con Producto, Arquitectura, QA y Operaciones.
• Asegurar calidad con pruebas, revisiones y automatización.
• Mejorar procesos, herramientas y estándares técnicos.
• Participar en la integración de servicios y arquitecturas escalables.

At Hays, we are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with solid experience across both frontend and backend development with strong experience with Python, Angular,AWS, and OpenShift/Kubernetes, including CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance to support the development projects for a leading global pharmaceutical company. What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications.
• Contribute to the definition of software architectures and development best practices.
• Develop and implement solutions across both frontend and backend environments.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and Operations teams.
• Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and automation practices.
• Support the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and technical standards.
• Participate in the integration of services and the evolution of scalable architectures.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong focus in backend development.
• Strong experience with Python, Angular, AWS, and OpenShift/Kubernetes, including CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, service integrations, and microservices architectures.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control.
• Ability to work effectively within Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent/Advanced level of English to collaborate within international environments.
• Nice to Have Experience participating in large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of application security, observability, and performance optimization.
• Experience providing technical leadership or mentoring other developers.
