Pluxee España is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Payments Squad, building the engine that moves money globally. You will design resilient services, evolve distributed architectures, and ensure data consistency in a high-stakes payments environment.

Collaboration with React/React Native teams is expected, while focus remains 100% backend. You will lead with technical excellence, implement comprehensive testing, and leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Sonnet to

Formación

5+ years of experience building production-grade applications.
Deep understanding of race conditions, eventual consistency, idempotency and message brokers.
Experience with payments, banking systems, or ledger/reconciliation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Design and implement resilient backend services for high-volume traffic with 100% data consistency.
Evolve distributed architectures into scalable, event-driven systems.
Perform comprehensive testing (unit, integration, acceptance) and load testing.
Ensure operational excellence and observability with monitoring tools.
Provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentoring.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and automate tasks.
