Alpega is seeking a seasoned Backend Developer for the Carrier Products Team, based in Sant Cugat, Spain. You will participate in all project phases—from analysis to production—designing, operating, and maintaining scalable solutions in an Agile environment to deliver value to customers.

We are looking for 4-6+ years of Java/Spring experience, REST API development, and strong testing, with Spanish and English fluency.

Formación

• 4-6+ years of experience with Java and Spring Framework.
• Experience with dependency management tools.
• Experience developing REST APIs.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, and Git.
• Experience using Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Solid knowledge of unit testing methodologies.
• High standards for code quality.
• Proactive and eager to learn in an international environment.
• Fluent in Spanish & English.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in all project phases from technical analysis to production release.
• Design, operate, and maintain new and current solutions in an Agile environment to continuously deliver value.
• Drive software quality, security, and performance via unit, functional, and performance tests.
• Support continuous improvements of the team and development environment.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions.
