Job summary

Diabolocom, a European cloud-based contact centre and CX platform, is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer for the Auxiliary Squad in Barcelona. You will design and implement high‑performance backend services using Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and modern tooling, contributing to scalable distributed systems and no‑code workflow scenarios.

You will join a team of backend developers and QA engineers, with remote work options and a flexible setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development within product-focused companies.
• At least 3+ years working extensively in Java.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience with Spring Boot would be a plus.
• Experience in designing and implementing distributed systems.
• Strong autonomy and leadership potential.
