WebBeds is seeking a Senior Software Developer in our Connectivity area to join a self-managed delivery team. You will work on high-throughput connectivity layers using C# and Go, shaping technical direction and contributing to architectural decisions.

You will mentor peers, focus on performance, reliability and automated testing, and collaborate across teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions in a cloud-native environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years backend software development experience in production.
• Strong C# (.NET) and/or Go production experience.
• Linux know-how and HTTP stack understanding.
• Experience shipping in high-traffic systems with feature flags.

Mansioni

• Shape technical direction within a self-managed team.
• Build and evolve the connectivity layer behind search traffic in C# and Go.
• Run data-driven experiments and benchmarks.
• Ship changes safely with feature flags and rollouts.
• Write clean, SOLID code with security in mind.
