Nextlane is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer in Vigo, Spain, for hands-on cloud-native backend development. You will design and maintain scalable services in C#/.NET Core, build secure REST APIs, and ensure quality with tests and architecture compliance.

You will work closely with Tech Leads, frontend, QA, and DevOps in an Agile environment, with remote work options and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Formación

• 6+ years in backend development.
• Proficient in C# and .NET Core for scalable services.
• Experience designing REST APIs and working with SQL databases.
• Hands-on with Docker and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiar with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor/Claude Code/Codex/Copilot).
• Strong English communication for collaboration and interviews.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in C#/.NET Core.
• Build secure, scalable REST APIs with high performance.
• Follow architectural guidelines (Clean/Onion/Hexagonal/DDD).
• Write tests: unit, integration, end-to-end and performance tests.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, frontend, QA, and DevOps.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and observability practices.
