M-KOPA is hiring a permanent Senior Backend Engineer to join our Asset Sales group as we scale one of the most important parts of our FinTech platform. You will build distributed C# and .NET microservices on Azure, operating within an event-driven architecture at scale.

This is an outcomes-driven role with end-to-end ownership from idea to production and iteration. We offer a fully remote role with GMT-friendly core hours, plus a Benefits package including Bonus, Growth Shares, On-Call

Qualifications

• Strong grasp of C# and .NET development.
• Experience with event-driven systems (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Microservices on Azure and Kubernetes.
• Observability tooling to understand production behavior.
• Proven collaboration in distributed teams and on-call ownership.

Responsibilities
