✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?✍️

• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python — this is our core requirement.
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and performance optimization.
• Experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
• Node.js : experience is a plus, but strong backend leadership in Python is what we value most.
• Fluent in English and native in Spanish.
• Experience with other backend technologies such as .NET or Java is a strong plus.
