AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join the Inbound Marketing team and own performance marketing for our US Client Market. Google Ads will be core, with responsibilities across paid acquisition, the full B2B funnel, analytics, experimentation, and AI-powered channels.

You will mentor a PPC specialist, contribute to performance strategy, budgeting, and reporting, and collaborate with Content, SEO, and Marketing Operations to grow campaigns and pipeline.

Formación

• 4+ years of PPC/performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on Google Ads expertise with US B2B focus.
• Independent campaign management with meaningful budgets.
• Strong analytics, attribution, and funnel optimization.
• Upper-intermediate English; Ukrainian C2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance marketing for the US B2B market, generating high-quality leads.
• Own and optimize Google Ads and other paid channels.
• Manage acquisition through Clutch, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization.
• Monitor performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze the full B2B funnel from traffic to qualified opportunities and clients.
• Work with GA4, CRM dashboards, and campaign data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments, and scale winning strategies.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics and Marketing Ops.
• Experiment with AI tools, automation, and AI/LLM advertising.
