Allianz Technology in Barcelona seeks a senior AI/ML engineer and cloud architect to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging Databricks and OpenAI services to deliver business value.

You will act as an SME for AI and Cloud Architecture, lead enterprise-scale AI projects, mentor technical teams, and shape governance for data, AI, and cloud platforms. A hybrid work model is available with international collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering with 2+ years in Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, or Agentic AI.
• Proven enterprise-scale AI, data and cloud solution delivery on Azure and Databricks.
• Strong Python, SQL, Spark, Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Data Lake, Databricks, MLflow, Delta Lake, model-serving skills.
• Experience building LLM apps: prompt engineering, RAG, vector stores, AI agents, orchestration with LangChain/LlamaIndex.
• Led AI/data/tech projects and mentored teams in AI/ML development and implementation.
• Experience with MLOps, model lifecycle, monitoring, LoRA/RLHF/instruction tuning, CI/CD delivery.
• Degree in CS/DS/ML; Master/PhD preferred; Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate or Databricks ML Professional certs; insurance/finance experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as AI & Cloud Architecture SME, providing strategic leadership on AI and Azure technologies.
• Design, build, test, and optimize scalable AI and cloud architectures on Azure.
• Develop AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI, Databricks and cloud-native tech.
• Evaluate and integrate foundation models and third-party AI services.
• Govern AI, data, and cloud platforms with best practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption across the organization.
• Stay current with AI/cloud advancements and drive continuous improvement.
