Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe is hiring a Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions for customer success. You will lead end-to-end migration assessments, apply R-strategies (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Retire, Retain, Relocate) and design wave plans respecting regulatory constraints.

You’ll collaborate with Security, Networking, and Replatform teams across geographies and use discovery tools to map dependencies, driving timely, risk-aware migrations.

Formación

• 7+ years of customer-facing, complex and large-scale project delivery experience in migration programmes.
• Experience leading large-scale data centre exit programmes or with infrastructure, networking, compute, storage, and virtualization.

Responsabilidades

• Own Portfolio Assessment for assigned application estates (1,000+ servers).
• Apply the migration decision tree and document rationale in Architecture Decision Records.
• Build and maintain dependency maps using applications and resolve data conflicts.
• Design wave plans grouping apps by dependency and coordinating across geographies.
• Run Tech Bridge sessions to validate decisions and unblock migrations.
• Feed wave planning into AWS Transform for factory execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks to wave timelines before blockers.
• Collaborate with Security, Networking, and Replatform teams to address dependencies.
