Amazon Web Services is seeking a Sr. Delivery Consultant in Madrid to design, implement, and manage complex, scalable, and secure AWS database solutions that meet customer business objectives.

You will drive customer success by delivering expert guidance, migration strategies, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and minimize risk. The role emphasizes hands-on experience with RDS, Aurora, DMS, and related migration tooling

Formación

• 7+ years of database administration and migration experience (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience delivering large-scale database migrations (100+ instances).
• Hands-on experience with AWS database services (RDS, Aurora, DMS).
• Experience with migration tooling (DMS, SCT, Data Guard, GoldenGate, or equivalent).
• Fluent English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage AWS well-architected database solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose migration strategies.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and technologies.
• Share knowledge through mentoring and creating reusable artifacts for cost-optimized, scalable DB architectures.
• Travel to customers as required.
