Simon-Kucher & Partners busca un/a Associate Consultant en Barcelona para empezar en enero de 2027. El rol ofrece involucramiento en proyectos de crecimiento, innovación y precios, con exposición a clientes internacionales y equipos multiculturales.

El candidato ideal es recién graduado/a o con experiencia en consultoría/industria, con habilidades analíticas, dominio de MS Office y fluidez en inglés y español.

Formación

• Graduados recientes con rendimiento destacado durante la licenciatura o maestría.
• Habilidades analíticas fuertes y atención al detalle.
• Inglés y español de negocios fluido (oral y escrito).
• Conocimiento práctico de MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar proyectos para líderes de la industria y ventures en etapas tempranas, impulsando la eficacia comercial.
• Impactar el éxito de los clientes y trabajar en la esfera de la salud pública.
• Colaborar con el equipo para desarrollar opciones estratégicas mediante insights de negocio y mercado.
• Realizar análisis competitivos y benchmarking.
• Apoyar el desarrollo de estrategias, soluciones y recomendaciones accionables.
• Trabajar en equipos internacionales con diversos trasfondos culturales y profesionales.

• Support projects for industry leader and early-stage ventures and driving launch effectiveness and commercial excellence

• Carry out competitive and benchmark analysis and evaluations

Your profile:

• Recent graduated candidates with above-average student performance during Bachelors/Masters or candidates with some experience in other consulting firms or within industry
• Strong analytical skills as well as an eye for detail
• Fluent business English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office
• Highly motivated to develop new skills and grow personally
