Sonnedix is seeking a Senior Associate in the Strategy team to shape the company’s strategic agenda and partner with senior leaders on high‑impact transformation projects. You will generate data‑driven insights and support executive governance forums.

You will help build a forward‑looking strategy function by championing improved processes, new tools and innovative ways of working. Fluency in English is required and accuracy in financial modeling will be valued.

Formación

• Proven experience in strategy consulting or similar in‑house strategy / transformation roles
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, comfortable engaging and managing senior audiences
• Strong business acumen and structured thinking, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities effectively
• A curious, analytical and problem‑solving mindset, with experience working with complex data and financial models
• A talent for crafting executive‑ and board‑level materials with clear, compelling storytelling
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

As a Senior Associate in the Strategy team at Sonnedix, you will play a central role in shaping the company's strategic agenda, partnering with senior leaders, driving high‑impact transformation projects, generating data‑driven insights, and supporting executive governance forums.

You will also help build a forward‑looking strategy function by championing improved processes, new tools and innovative ways of working. Through market, competitor and financial analysis you will anticipate trends, identify opportunities and align with the company’s long‑term vision. You will be part of a small, closely‑knitted team where collaboration, trust and mutual support are key.

Desirable skills

• Proven experience in strategy consulting or similar in‑house strategy / transformation roles
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, comfortable engaging and managing senior audiences
• Strong business acumen and structured thinking, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities effectively
• A curious, analytical and problem‑solving mindset, with experience working with complex data and financial models
• A talent for crafting executive‑ and board‑level materials with clear, compelling storytelling
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

AI & Digital Literacy

• Confident use of AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude or similar) to enhance productivity, collaboration, analysis and decision‑making
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with data and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Python) is an advantage

Salary

In line with EU pay transparency requirements, salary ranges will be shared with candidates in the EU before progressing to the next stage of the recruitment process and always before an interview. This range reflects the typical starting pay for new hires. Pay above this level may apply in specific circumstances based on experience, skills or role scope.
