Job summary

Senior Project Manager – ASIC / PRS at Cipherbit, part of Grupo Oesía, based in Spain (Rivas-Vaciamadrid). Lead complex engineering programmes in Space, Defence and Critical Systems, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets, schedules and risk across the project lifecycle.

You will act as the main interface with customers and partners, ensuring quality and timely delivery while exploring new technological opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• More than 5 years of professional experience managing complex engineering or technology projects.
• Experience in Space, Defence or Critical Systems, with Space sector valued.
• Experience with ASIC / PRS products or programmes and complex systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
• End-to-end management of engineering and technology development projects (planning, cost, risk, delivery).
• Systems Engineering and full development lifecycles valued.
• Knowledge of critical systems, secure communications or cryptography valued.
• High level of English for technical environments and customer management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering and technology projects from initial definition through delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, integration and validation teams.
• Manage planning, costs, milestones, contractual commitments and risks.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, project performance and financial evolution.
• Manage resource planning, workload forecasts, costs and revenue evolution.
• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Act as main interface with customers and partners with executive reporting.
• Coordinate requirements management and system integration.
