Pleo is seeking a Senior Application Security Manager to lead vulnerability management and set the long-term AppSec strategy. You will partner with engineering squads and DevSecOps to embed proactive security processes, while mentoring engineers and scaling impact with automation and AI.

You’ll report to the VP of Fraud & Security and guide a small AppSec team, shaping security across multiple markets and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience steering application security and wider information security strategy in a compliance-heavy environment.
• Background as a senior security engineer who moved into management, with hands-on credibility.
• Experience mentoring and growing engineers and keeping a team accountable without micromanaging.

Responsabilidades

• Own vulnerability management end-to-end and define long-term AppSec strategy.
• Build a risk-ranked remediation approach and clear reporting for leadership.
• Deliver an AppSec roadmap with defined delivery expectations and accountability.
• Partner with engineering squads as customers to embed proactive security processes.
• Multiply impact through automation and AI to scale coverage.
• Grow and coach engineers toward staff-level capability.
