Technosylva is seeking a highly experienced Senior Application Security Engineer to elevate our AppSec program across a modern cloud-native software environment. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Platform, Infrastructure, and Security leadership to drive scalable security improvements across the software development lifecycle.

The role emphasizes transforming AppSec from tooling-focused to strategic, measurable security.

Formación

• 10+ years in AppSec or related security/engineering fields.
• Experience driving AppSec programs in cloud-native/SaaS environments.
• Hands-on expertise with SAST/DAST, IaC security, and threat modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the evolution of the AppSec program and roadmap.
• Integrate secure-by-design practices into development workflows.
• Develop AppSec KPIs and executive reporting.
