HBX Group is seeking an Analytics Engineer & Client Overrides Senior Analyst to own and enhance data models for Client Override forecasting, reporting, and profitability analysis. You will collaborate with Finance, Pricing, Commercial, and Business Analytics teams to support strategic decisions and improve forecasting accuracy.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years in Business Analytics or related field.
• Experience owning forecasting models and reporting processes.
• Proficient in SQL with Snowflake and data modelling expertise.
• Strong skills in Excel for complex financial modelling.
• Experience creating executive dashboards, ideally with Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Own data models underpinning Client Override forecasting and reporting.
• Develop and maintain forecasting, profitability, and financial analysis models.
• Monitor model performance and implement improvements for accuracy.
• Design dashboards and reports delivering clear business insights.
• Manage client override reporting frameworks ensuring data quality and governance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and risks for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Pricing, Commercial, and Business Analytics teams.
• Drive automation to reduce manual reporting effort and increase efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly.
