PepsiCo is seeking a Tech Venturing & Innovation Sr. Analyst to drive the startup research, analysis & evaluations and lead the rapid pilot onboarding process. You will develop partnerships across the organization and with external partners to build future capabilities for PepsiCo’s operations.

You will lead cross-functional assessments, manage vendors, and help shape PepsiLabs’ capabilities with an external mindset and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in technology and digital innovation.
• Knowledge of PepsiCo’s businesses.
• Experience in HR functional areas.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong teamwork, professionalism, and interaction with all management levels.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with high standards of excellence.
• Results-driven with timely task completion.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and make timely decisions.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Streamline processes with support functions (EA, Info Security, Legal, Finance).
• Partner with project leaders to create project deliverables.
• Develop briefs for new technical capabilities.
• Evaluate startups and solutions with data-based approaches; drive cross-functional selections.
• Lead rapid pilot onboarding and vendor management.
• Lead startup use case research and evaluation of solution fit to use case.
• Be the face of PepLabs; source emerging tech solutions.
• Build criteria to evaluate startup technology and potential use cases.
• Coordinate cross-functional SME input for assessment criteria.
• Provide process and pilot guidance to business partners and executives.
• Stay updated on consumer, competitive, and macro trends.
• Lead project management across the team and support governance/reporting.
• Contribute to capability building for PepsiCo Labs (training, KM, docs).
• Coordinate logistics for sector, functional and Labs meetings.
