PepsiCo is seeking a Product Developer to transform chef-created standards into functional prototypes and recipes. This hands-on role focuses on MVP development, testing, and iteration to bridge culinary intent with technical feasibility.

The candidate will work closely with Chefs, Process Development, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to scale up prototypes and ensure traceability of formulas and build notes throughout development.

Formación

• Must have 5–7 years of hands-on product development experience in food, culinary innovation, or R&D kitchens.
• Proven ability to prototype quickly and accurately in fast-paced environments.
• Experience bringing ready meals, frozen foods, pasteurization, or shelf-stable culinary products to commercialization.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous documentation and traceability of formulas and build notes.

Responsabilidades

• Prototype and develop early culinary product prototypes and MVPs based on chef direction.
• Collaborate with chefs, process development, supply chain and quality teams for pilot trials.
• Support co-man/ test production runs and troubleshoot issues in early-stage development.
• Maintain logs of formulas, build notes, test results and ingredients challenges for learnings.
• Prepare materials for sprint reviews and tastings and ensure development hygiene for iterations.
