PepsiCo is seeking a Tech Venturing & Innovation Sr. Analyst to spearhead startup research, analysis, and rapid pilot onboarding. The role partners with internal teams to build future capabilities across PepsiCo’s operations and drive cross-functional tech innovation programs.

You will lead the evaluation of emerging solutions, develop use-case criteria, and coordinate with executives to enable scalable implementation while monitoring industry trends and managing project governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional execution of strategic tech innovation programs with departments, like HR.
• Streamline working processes with support functions (EA, InfoSecurity, Legal, Finance).
• Partner with project leaders to create project deliverables.
• Develop briefs for new technical capabilities.
• Evaluate startups using data-based approaches and drive cross-functional selections.
• Lead rapid pilot onboarding and manage vendor relationships.
• Conduct startup use-case research and evaluation of solution fit to use case.
• Be the face of PepLabs and source emerging tech solutions.
• Build use-case assessment criteria and engage SMEs inputs.
• Provide process and pilot thought partnership to business partners and senior executives.
• Maintain external awareness of consumer, competitive, and macro trends.
• Lead project management and governance reporting.
• Contribute to capability building for PepLabs (training, knowledge management, process docs).
• Coordinate logistics for sector, functional, and Labs program meetings.

Overview

As a Tech Venturing & Innovation Sr. Analyst you will need to be at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies. You will need to develop new partnerships across the organization and with external partners to build future capabilities together for PepsiCo’s operation. You will drive the startup research, analysis & evaluations and lead the rapid pilot onboarding process.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functionally execution of strategic tech innovation programs with departments, like HR:

• Streamlineworkingprocesseswith support functions such asEA(Enterprise Architecture), InfoSecurity, Legal,Finance,etc.
• Partner with project leaders to createproject deliverables
• Develop briefs for new technical capabilities
• Evaluate startups or other solutions usingdata-basedapproaches and drive the cross-functionalselection process
• Lead the rapid pilot onboarding process and own vendor management

Lead the startup use case research, analysis & evaluation of solution fit to use case

• Be the face ofPepLabs; act as the "eyes and ears" for the organization to source the best emerging tech solutions
• Build use case assessment criteria to systematically evaluate which startup’s technology & overall solution has potential to solve the use case
• Assess competencies vs. Use case
• Engage & coordinate cross functional SMEs input to assessment criteria

Provide process and pilot thought partnership to business partners and Senior Executives

Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / technology trends

Lead project management across the team and support governance and reporting

Contribute to capability building for the entire PepsiCo Labs function (e.g., Training, Knowledge Management, Process documentation, etc.)

Manage and coordinate logistics for sector, functional and Labs program meetings with internal and external participants

Qualifications
