Job summary

Alantra is seeking a Sr. analyst/associate to join the Asset Management division, specifically the Investor Relations and Fund Operations team. The role supports growth across Alantra Asset Management products and coordinates with multiple departments, external service providers, and governing bodies.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of relevant experience, a business/finance degree, strong English, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset to help onboard investors and produce timely reports.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Sr. analyst / associate to join the Asset Management division of Alantra, specifically, for the Investor Relations and Fund Operations (IR) team. The Asset Management division is a core and growing area for Alantra, which is constantly seeking new growth opportunities both by products and geographies.

The ideal candidate will assist the department in a wide range of activities to support the growth of all Alantra Asset Management products.

IR Related Tasks:

• Perform investor’ onboarding and review Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements and materials.
• Prepare and send reports, information and communications to current and potential investors. Both recurrent and ad-hoc requests.
• Control and oversight of funds’ administrators. Coordination of other external service providers (depositaries, auditors, tax advisors, etc.).
• Review of the calculation of the net asset value of the different investment vehicles.
• Review of quarterly / annual reports of the different products managed by the firm.
• Prepare and send internal reports.
• Coordination with other Alantra’s departments (Capital Raising, Finance, Legal, ESG, fund managers).
• Support the digitalization process started in the area
• Organization and preparation of documentation for the governing bodies of the different products.

Requirements:

The candidate must meet the following characteristics:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• Full-time availability.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit, compliance, fund management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (proficient use of Excel)
