Alantra in Madrid is seeking a Sr. analyst/associate to join the Asset Management Investor Relations and Fund Operations team. You will support onboarding, KYC/AML, reporting to investors, and coordination with fund administrators.

The role requires 2–4 years in finance, strong Excel skills, flawless English, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset in a growing asset management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit, compliance, fund management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, willing to learn and adapt.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform investor onboarding and review KYC/AML requirements and materials.
• Prepare and send reports, information and communications to current and potential investors.
• Coordinate with fund administrators and external service providers (depositaries, auditors, tax advisors).
• Review the calculation of net asset value of different investment vehicles.
• Review quarterly/annual reports of products managed by the firm.
• Prepare and send internal reports.
• Coordinate with other Alantra departments (Capital Raising, Finance, Legal, ESG, fund managers).
• Support the digitalization process started in the area.
• Organize and prepare documentation for governing bodies of the products.

Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Sr. analyst / associate to join the Asset Management division of Alantra, specifically, for the Investor Relations and Fund Operations (IR) team. The Asset Management division is a core and growing area for Alantra, which is constantly seeking new growth opportunities both by products and geographies.

The ideal candidate will assist the department in a wide range of activities to support the growth of all Alantra Asset Management products.

IR Related Tasks:

• Perform investor’ onboarding and review Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements and materials.
• Prepare and send reports, information and communications to current and potential investors. Both recurrent and ad-hoc requests.
• Control and oversight of funds’ administrators. Coordination of other external service providers (depositaries, auditors, tax advisors, etc.).
• Review of the calculation of the net asset value of the different investment vehicles.
• Review of quarterly / annual reports of the different products managed by the firm.
• Prepare and send internal reports.
• Coordination with other Alantra’s departments (Capital Raising, Finance, Legal, ESG, fund managers).
• Support the digitalization process started in the area
• Organization and preparation of documentation for the governing bodies of the different products.

Requirements:

The candidate must meet the following characteristics:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• Full-time availability.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit, compliance, fund management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (proficient use of Excel)
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Proactivity, willingness to learn.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
