Job summary

Alantra is seeking a senior analyst/associate to join the Asset Management division's Investor Relations and Fund Operations team. The role covers onboarding investors, KYC/AML, and preparing investor communications, with close coordination to administrators and other departments.

Strong English, finance experience, and Excel proficiency are essential. You will support NAV reviews, fund reporting, and internal governance documentation, contributing to the growth of Alantra's asset management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit, compliance or fund management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Onboard investors and conduct Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) reviews.
• Prepare and send reports and communications to current and potential investors.
• Coordinate with funds' administrators and external service providers.
• Review NAV calculations for various investment vehicles.
• Review quarterly/annual product reports.
• Prepare internal reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with other Alantra departments (Capital Raising, Finance, Legal, ESG, fund managers).
• Support the digitization efforts in the area and organize governing body documentation.

The Asset Management division is a core and growing area for Alantra, which is constantly seeking new growth opportunities both by products and geographies.The ideal candidate will assist the department in a wide range of activities to support the growth of all Alantra Asset Management products.IR Related Tasks:- Perform investor’ onboarding and review Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements and materials.- Prepare and send reports, information and communications to current and potential investors. Both recurrent and ad-hoc requests.- Control and oversight of funds’ administrators.
