HCLTech, una empresa tecnológica global, busca un experto para reforzar la gestión de IT Risk en España. El/la candidato/a ideal aporta amplia experiencia en IT Security y IT Risk, historial en consultoría y certificaciones relevantes como CISSP/CISM (o CGEIT/CRISC) deseables.

El rol se centra en asesorar, desarrollar políticas, y liderar la implementación de controles de IT Risk y Security, promoviendo una cultura de gestión de riesgos a lo largo de la organización en España.

Formación

• Amplia experiencia en IT Security e IT Risk.
• Historial de consultoría/asesoría.
• Certificaciones en Seguridad y Riesgo (CISSP, CISM o CGEIT/CRISC) deseables.

Responsabilidades

• Asesorar proactivamente a los departamentos sobre el IT Risk.
• Trabajar con otros departamentos para fomentar una cultura de riesgo.
• Desarrollar políticas de IT relacionadas con el riesgo, con guía simple y sólida.
• Desafiar a colegas sobre tendencias y desarrollos.
• Informar sobre temas de IT-risk para organismos de gobernanza de riesgo.
• Impulsar la implementación de controles de IT Risk y seguridad.
• Pensar fuera de lo común para aprovechar nuevas tecnologías.
• Diseñar soluciones técnicas de Seguridad.
• Implementar una forma de trabajar respecto a la implementación de controles de IT Security & IT Risk dentro del tribe.

What will you do?

• Pro-actively advise your colleagues in the departments about IT Risk
• Work with other departments to establish a powerful risk-aware culture
• Develop IT-related risk policies, aiming for simple and strong guidance
• Challenge your colleagues about trends and developments
• Report on IT-risk themes for risk governing bodies, establishing an integrated risk view
• Drive IT Risk & Security Control Implementation
• Think out of the box aiming to leverage new technologies and ways of working
• Design technical Security solutions
• Implementing one way of working regarding the implementation of IT Security & IT Risk controls within tribe.

What is a plus?

• Extensive experience in both IT Security and IT Risk
• Track record of consulting/advising
• Certification in and / or proven skills in Security and Risk (CISSP and CISM or CGEIT/ CRISC certification is desired to have).
