HCLTech Marbella busca un analista de control IT para fortalecer la posición de la empresa en España. Trabajará como IT Risk Analyst, asesorando a departamentos y diseñando políticas de riesgo.

El candidato ideal tiene experiencia en IT Security e IT Risk, certificaciones como CISSP, CISM o CGEIT, y capacidad para impulsar una cultura de riesgo. Ubicación en Málaga, con responsabilidad sobre iniciativas de control IT.

Formación

• Experiencia extensa en IT Security e IT Risk.
• Certificaciones en seguridad o riesgo deseables (CISSP, CISM, CGEIT/CRISC).

Responsabilidades

• Asesorar proactivamente a los departamentos sobre IT Risk.
• Colaborar con otros departamentos para fomentar una cultura de riesgo.
• Desarrollar políticas de IT relacionadas con el riesgo, con guías simples y fuertes.
• Cuestionar a colegas sobre tendencias y desarrollos de IT Risk.
• Informar sobre temas de IT-risk a los organismos de gobierno de riesgo.
• Impulsar la implementación de controles de IT Risk y seguridad.
• Pensar de forma innovadora para aprovechar nuevas tecnologías.
• Diseñar soluciones técnicas de seguridad.
• Implementar una forma de trabajar para la implementación de controles de IT Security y IT Risk dentro del equipo.

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as It Risk Analyst!

What will you do?

• Pro-actively advise your colleagues in the departments about IT Risk
• Work with other departments to establish a powerful risk-aware culture
• Develop IT-related risk policies, aiming for simple and strong guidance
• Challenge your colleagues about trends and developments
• Report on IT-risk themes for risk governing bodies, establishing an integrated risk view,
• Drive IT Risk & Security Control Implementation
• Think out of the box aiming to leverage new technologies and ways of working
• Design technical Security solutions
• Implementing one way of working regarding the implementation of IT Security & IT Risk controls within tribe.

What is a plus?

• Extensive experience in both IT Security and IT Risk
• Track record of consulting/advising Certification in and / or proven skills in Security and Risk (CISSP and CISM or CGEIT/ CRISC certification is desired to have).
