CGM Clinical Espana SL is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer (Automation & AI) to design and implement testing strategies for modern health tech applications. You will develop Python-based automation frameworks, perform API and UI tests with Playwright, and ensure CI/CD integration while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a bilingual environment.

You will work in a hybrid setup with a high portion of remote work, supporting QA for AI-enabled healthcare platforms across Spain.

Formación

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering with automation focus.
• Experience building automation frameworks in Python.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Python.

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Quality Engineer (Automation & AI) professional with high proactivity.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Python.
• Implement unit, integration, end-to-end, API, and performance tests.
• Define the product quality strategy together with the development team.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Participate in technical reviews and collaborate closely with developers throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Identify quality risks and propose continuous improvements in both processes and tools.
• Perform exploratory testing when necessary to discover scenarios not previously considered before automation.
• Participate in the validation of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, especially agentic systems and LLM-based applications.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or an equivalent technical degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering with a strong focus on automation.
• Experience developing automation frameworks in Python.
• Experience defining and implementing testing strategies for modern applications.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• High level of English (daily work in English).

• Essential:
  • Experience developing automation frameworks in Python.
  • Experience with Pytest.
  • Experience in UI automation using Playwright.
  • Experience testing REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of OpenAPI and tools such as Postman.
  • Knowledge of different testing levels:
    • Unit Testing
    • Integration Testing
    • End-to-End Testing
    • Performance Testing
    • Exploratory Testing
  • Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working with Git and GitLab.
  • Knowledge of Docker.
  • Experience using AI tools in daily work to increase productivity (GitHub Copilot, AI-based assistants, agents, MCP Servers or equivalent tools).
• Highly valued:
  • Knowledge of TypeScript.
  • Experience with Schemathesis.
  • Experience validating products based on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Large Language Models.
  • Knowledge about evaluation of agentic systems (prompt injection, non deterministic behavior, workflow validation, etc.).
  • Experience with LangGraph, LangFuse or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools.
