Job summary

Ambit Iberia is seeking a Senior AI Security Engineer to help secure the adoption of AI across enterprise environments. You will design, implement and govern security controls for AI-powered solutions, collaborating with cybersecurity, architecture, and AI platform teams to translate strategy into practical controls and patterns.

This hands-on role emphasizes threat modeling, security assessments, secure development practices, and the governance of AI security standards across enterprise

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Security Architecture, Application Security, Cloud Security, Platform Security, Product Security, or Security Engineering.
• Experience securing AI, ML, or Generative AI solutions.
• Solid understanding of ML, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI architectures and their security risks.
• Hands-on threat modeling and security assessments.
• Knowledge of secure software development practices and security testing methodologies.
• Experience with IAM, secrets management, cloud security controls, and pipeline security.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into guidance for technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI security risks into practical controls and guidelines.
• Conduct AI security assessments, architecture reviews, and threat modeling.
• Review AI architectures for security risks (ML, Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI).
• Integrate security controls into AI apps, cloud platforms, and pipelines.
• Define security requirements for AI apps, data, and incidents.
• Promote secure development practices across AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, privacy, and legal teams.
• Help evolve AI security standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Advise on security-by-design across the AI solution lifecycle.
