N-iX in Valencia, Spain, invites a Senior Platform Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team building an internal AI platform on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. You’ll own end-to-end features, shape interfaces for developers, and ship tooling with a product mindset.

You bring 5+ years in infrastructure or platform products, hands-on GenAI experience, and strong AWS/IaC skills. Remote-friendly with hybrid options.

Formación

• 5+ years of senior-level experience building and operating infrastructure or platform products.
• Hands-on GenAI experience with LLM APIs, tool calls, or agent frameworks.
• Experience with modern AI coding tools and workflows.
• Strong AWS fundamentals and expertise in Infrastructure as Code and Pipeline as Code.
• Excellent developer experience mindset and ability to ship reliable features.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions.
• Solid engineering fundamentals: testing, debugging, production readiness.
• Familiarity with SRE/DevOps and observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, OpsGenie).
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Bias for shipping and ability to turn ambiguity into working solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Build and operate the internal AI platform, including secure coding environments and AI in CI/CD.
• Own products end to end from design to production and interface with developers as customers.
• Identify friction points and measure adoption after shipping.
• Plan work, own topics, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Set standards for AI tooling and bring the team along.
• Shape platform architecture (Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC on AWS) and AI capabilities.
• Keep the platform reliable, secure, observable, and cost-aware; participate in on-call rotation.
• Capture reusable patterns and templates to accelerate the organization.
