Job summary

We are looking for a Senior Applied AI Engineer to own architecture, evaluation, integration and deployment of agent-based workflows, Mastra,

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production software.
• End-to-end ownership of agent/LLM-powered capabilities.
• Experience integrating agents into a real product and its authorization model.
• Ability to measure non-deterministic systems with test cases, regression suites and human review.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, evaluation, integration and deployment of AI agents.
• Design and ship agents that automate fund-operations workflows from prototype to production.
• Build evaluation layer with real documents, test cases and regression criteria.
• Ensure observability, cost control, latency and reliability across providers.
