Job summary

dLocal is seeking an AI & ML Staff Engineer to lead the technical reference for ML infrastructure and MLOps. You will define end-to-end platform architecture, enable data science teams to move models from idea to production, and shape governance, observability, and security in production ML workloads.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and cloud platforms like SageMaker or Vertex AI.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or designing MLOps platforms or ML infrastructure used by multiple teams.
