NTT DATA in Madrid seeks an AI/ML leader for our Supply Chain team. You will translate complex AI/ML topics into clear business narratives for CIOs and IT leaders, and you will oversee AI/ML workstreams delivered by other teams.

The role combines client engagement, proposal support, and shaping innovative AI-driven offerings for supply chain, with a hybrid work model and permanent full-time contract.

Formación

• 5+ years of AI experience with some exposure to Supply Chain.
• Strong English communication; able to present to CIOs and IT leaders.
• Proven ML and deep learning experience; familiarity with Agentic AI is a plus.
• Ability to distill complex AI/ML topics into executive narratives.
• Experience supervising or coordinating technical delivery teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as AI/ML technical voice for the Supply Chain team in client conversations.
• Translate AI/ML/Agentic AI concepts into narratives for executives.
• Shape new AI-driven offerings with supply chain experts.
• Coordinate AI/ML work across teams to align with client expectations.
• Support proposals and pitches with credible AI content.
• Build AI/ML expertise within the team.
• Set priorities and ensure cross-department alignment.
