Toloka is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to design, train, and deploy AI agents powering core Toloka products. You will focus on end-to-end ML tasks—fine-tuning and RL—to build resilient agentic workflows in Python, owning models from research to production scaling and monitoring.

You will work in a remote-friendly, globally distributed team, collaborating across experts to advance state-of-the-art AI technologies, with opportunities for growth and impact across a leading GenAI platform.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in ML
• 1+ year in Agent Development
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen
• Open-Source LLMs and model distillation
• Advanced Python
• End-to-End ownership across ML lifecycle
• Fluent English (B2 or above)

Responsabilidades

• Train, fine-tune, and distill ML models including RL
• Build agentic workflows in Python with complex reasoning
• Own evaluation, benchmarking, and model selection
• Manage ML lifecycle from design to production and monitoring
• Implement observability metrics for agent logic and system reliability
