Zohorecruit is seeking a hands-on Agentic AI Architect to define and build AI agent-based solutions for projects and clients across Spain. You will lead the AI line within the company, guiding architecture from prototype to production and collaborating with engineering and project teams to apply AI to telecom domains.

Responsibilities include shaping use cases, end-to-end architectures, agent models, safe execution, building with LLMs and AI agents, RAG knowledge systems, real-time data

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, ML or AI engineering.
• Recent production work with LLMs, RAG or AI agents.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar and vector databases.
• Strong knowledge of ML and deploying AI/ML systems.
• Proficient Python coding and cloud-native architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Define how we apply AI to the telecom sector and support proposals and RFPs.
• Design end-to-end architectures from data ingestion to automated actions.
• Define agent responsibilities, autonomy levels and interaction models.
• Build and implement solutions based on LLMs and AI agents from architecture to code.
• Build RAG-based knowledge systems using internal documentation and data.
• Work with streaming and real-time data pipelines at high volumes.
• Set up evaluation, monitoring and improvements for AI in production.
• Participate in client meetings and technical workshops.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
