Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced AI Engineer / AI Tech Lead to join a leading Retail & eCommerce company and shape enterprise AI solutions. You will design, deploy, and scale AI in production, building Generative AI applications including AI Agents and RAG architectures.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AI/ML, strong Python and software engineering skills, hands-on cloud experience with Azure OpenAI, and a track record of leading AI teams and MLOps initiatives in large-scale environments.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, ML, or Advanced Analytics.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Lead AI Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions in production environments.
• Build Generative AI applications including AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, RAG architectures, and AI Copilots.
• Define AI architecture standards and best practices.
