ASTEK Iberia is seeking an experienced AI Engineer / AI Tech Lead to shape enterprise AI solutions in a Retail & eCommerce context. You will lead a hands-on team, design scalable AI architectures, deploy production-grade models, and drive MLOps practices across cloud-based platforms including Azure OpenAI.

With 5+ years in AI/ML and strong Python, you will mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful AI products.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Lead AI Engineer, or similar senior role.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Advanced Python development skills and solid software engineering foundations.
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure, and services such as Azure OpenAI.
• Strong understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and model lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of scalable architectures, distributed systems, and AI governance.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions in production environments.
• Build Generative AI applications including AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, RAG architectures, and AI Copilots.
• Define AI architecture standards and best practices.
• Lead technical decisions and mentor AI Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Drive MLOps initiatives, ensuring reliable deployment, monitoring, and governance of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful AI products.
