Trust in SODA is seeking a Senior Machine Learning / AI Engineer to own the design and deployment of advanced AI systems. You’ll work across product, data, and engineering teams to push the AI strategy and deliver production-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in design and deployment of AI systems in production.
• Strong Python software engineering skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered apps and agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale production-grade agentic AI systems.
• Develop multi-agent workflows using LangChain/LangGraph.
• Architect and deploy LLM-powered apps with RAG and prompts.
• Build autonomous systems that reason, plan, and act.
• Move ML models from experiments to production and monitoring.
• Improve AI infra, tooling, and dev workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and design.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and shape tech strategy.
• Contribute to best practices in AI engineering and evaluation.
