Job summary

T-Systems in Spain is seeking Senior AI Engineers to design, implement and industrialize AI-based business solutions, including RAG, intelligent agents and automation. You will join multidisciplinary technical teams and contribute to backend services, data pipelines and API integrations with corporate systems and cloud services.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in software development, hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs and AI tooling, and a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software development and delivery of tech projects.
• Experience with ITSM/CRM/ERP tools or legacy systems.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG and automation.
• Experience integrating solutions with APIs and internal/external services.
• Strong knowledge of Java/ .NET / Python / JS stacks and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and integrate generative AI components into business solutions.
• Implement services, APIs, connectors and backend components for AI capabilities.
• Build pipelines for ingesting, normalizing and processing data.
• Implement RAG solutions using knowledge bases and corpora.
• Work with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases and semantic search.
• Design prompts, tools, workflows, agents and structured generation.
• Integrate AI with APIs, internal/external services and legacy systems.
• Participate in automated code generation and service termination when needed.
• Develop automations using APIs, scripts, runbooks or RPA where applicable.
• Contribute to quality metrics, tests and validation of results.
• Collaborate with architects, cloud teams, security and stakeholders.
• Improve internal AI tools, accelerators and building blocks.
