Tenth Revolution Group in Madrid is seeking a Senior Observability Engineer to join a global team building a next-generation observability platform powered by AI and Big Data. The mission is to predict, prevent, and analyze disruptions across large-scale enterprise environments while delivering end-to-end visibility across applications, networks, and infrastructure.

Formación

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunications or related field.
5+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise IT environments.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate observability or operational processes.
Professional English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

Understand business and technical observability requirements from internal stakeholders.
Manage and oversee external managed service providers and vendors.
Take end-to-end ownership of the observability ecosystem, including tool development and automation.
Operational monitoring
Drive AI adoption and automation within observability processes.
Collaborate with globally distributed teams to improve visibility, reliability, and performance across enterprise environments.
