SD Worx in Europe is seeking a Data Scientist to contribute across the full AI solution lifecycle—from understanding business problems to building, evaluating and deploying production AI solutions.

You will join the Advanced Analytics & AI team within CDS, applying machine learning, Generative AI and enterprise data integration while collaborating with engineers, architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and value-driven data solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS/AI/Data Science or related field.
• 5–7 years in Data Science/AI roles.
• Strong knowledge of ML and AI techniques.
• Strong Python programming and libraries.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data.
• Hands-on Generative AI and LLMs experience.
• Understanding of connecting AI to enterprise data.
• Experience with evaluation and testing for AI solutions.
• Ability to ship production-ready AI solutions.
• Experience with Azure cloud and CI/CD.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop AI solutions using ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and retrieval-based systems.
• Apply analytics and ML to solve business problems and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop solutions leveraging foundation models for enterprise knowledge.
• Translate business problems into AI solutions selecting models and data sources.
• Prepare and structure data and knowledge for AI systems.
• Define evaluation approaches and assess AI solutions before and after deployment.
• Bring AI solutions from experiments to production with scalability and security.
• Monitor and iteratively improve AI solutions based on feedback.
• Stay current with AI advances; collaborate with stakeholders.
